The Position

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our Corporate Headquarters in Sacramento. The ideal candidate for this position thrives at the intersection of communication, creative vision, and technology.

Our business operations team manages the IT, marketing, and administrative functions of the company. As the leader of this team, you will be directly involved in all facets of the department, overseeing our outside IT consultant and addressing internal challenges as you lead and develop the team. In this role, you will provide guidance on operational efficiencies company-wide. Therefore, you must possess a solid foundation in business management, a passion for collaborating with diverse teams, an ability to inspire excellence in others, and the foresight to drive improvement across the business by leveraging evolving technologies.

Desired Qualifications & Characteristics:

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, preferably within the AEC industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in a diverse range of technological domains
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn new programs and systems

This is an exempt position and pays a competitive salary based on experience. Comprehensive benefit package includes: Paid Time Off, Health, Dental, Vision, FSA Accounts, Life and Disability and 401(k) plan with company match.

Annual Salary Range: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00
