Project Description:

The Kings Beach Housing Now delivers 77 units of work-force housing to the Lake Tahoe area.  The first ever affordable housing project built in the Tahoe basin, the project consists of five different sites.  Four of the five sites consist of clustered two and three story Chalet style buildings.  The fifth building consists of a four story building constructed with two levels of flat plate uniform thickness post tensioned concrete and two levels of wood.
