Two story, 20 unit market rate project in the McKinley Park neighborhood of Sacramento.  The project acts as a buffer between the hospital campus and the adjacent residences.  Unique features include 4 units with front entrances on H Street, a private courtyard with water feature, and architectural forms, elements, and materials that blend into the established surroundings.
