Tidelands features 76 Contemporary styled condominiums, providing owners with unparalleled views of the San Francisco Bay and quick access to the heart of Silicon Valley.

Although the architecture was tastefully designed to blend seamlessly into this waterfront community, the underlying structural systems boast a myriad of exciting design.

The top 3 levels of condominiums were designed as wood construction, and they are perched atop an elevated, flat-plate, post-tensioned concrete slab. The units are accessible via a 3-story catwalk structure within the central open-air courtyard. The catwalk structure is laterally supported with special steel moment frames in each orthogonal direction. Parking and Amenities can be found within the concrete ground level. The entire structure is enduringly supported by a deep foundation, which consists of 500 precast concrete piles.
