Project Description:

The project consists of five two and three story affordable apartment buildings and a single story community building.  The project is the first 100% zero net energy certified rental community in the nation.  The property features include a community room, free community-wide high speed internet access, and a community garden.  The project also includes many “green” elements, including roof mounted solar panels, energy efficient apartments, and environmentally friendly interior finishes.

This project was recently honored with the 2017 World Habitat Award.
