Chris Antonucci is a Principal in the Sacramento office responsible for oversight of the firm’s Field Services operation. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Chris spent 15 years working throughout the construction industry developing knowledge of a wide range of industry practices. This work history has given Chris a resourcefulness that guides him as he manages the field team and allows him to influence internal operations in ways that directly benefit the company’s trade partners.
Chris’s focus on the field service sector for both new construction and warranty evaluations provides the firm with invaluable insight that shapes the Harris & Sloan product and brand. His knowledge of the overall construction process and typical customer service concerns drives the company’s commitment to smart, constructible detailing. That same knowledge base leads to practices which streamline construction operations and improve quality assurance of the built product. His field team, for instance, was one of the first in the industry to convert to tablets and electronic markups rather than the traditional printed plans, an advance that puts clear and comprehensive field notes in the hands of the superintendent and the office before the observer has even left the jobsite. It is innovations like that which produce added value in Harris & Sloan’s field services and allow the firm to adapt to changes in the construction industry.
