Molly Princehorn is the Structural Engineering Department Manager and has been with Harris & Sloan since 2003.  Over her tenure, she has held a variety of positions in design and technical operations.  In her current role as the Department Manager for our structural engineering group, Molly leverages her vast experience with the firm to fulfill two main objectives: technical development and engineering flex team management. Technical development includes maintaining, updating, and expanding our structural design standards as well as facilitating the training of staff (new and old). In her role of flex team manager, Molly manages various projects as a way to train incoming engineers. Her depth of knowledge in our core service sectors and passion for teaching others make Molly the perfect guide for designers entering the firm and the perfect advisor for established engineers looking for a bit of support.
